Adam Ruben Harris

Adam Ruben Harris, 33, of Rigby, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. He was born October 25, 1979, in Denver, Colorado to Bradley Frank Harris and Jonie Mae Robinson Queen Harris. He was raised and attended schools in Teton Valley, graduating from Teton Valley High School. He was active in sports and was on the swim team and wrestling team. He served in the United States Marine Corps and was stationed in Hawaii. Adam enjoyed sports and spending time with his family, especially with his fiancé Darlyn, his son Casey and his nieces and nephews. He is survived by his parents, Joni & Henry McCracken of Tetonia, Idaho, fiancé Darlyn Rose Fox and son Casey James Lynn Harris of Rigby, brothers, Heath McCracken and Daniel Harris of Tetonia, Graham McCracken, of Chehalis, Washington, Dylan McCrackin of Tetonia, and grandparents, Frank “John” & Debbie Robinson, of Ecuador. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Shirley Robison, Ursula McCracken, Betty Jo Harris, grandfathers, Henry McCracken, Ruben Harris, and 2 nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 15, 2013, at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 W. Main Street, Rigby. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Sunday, and from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to services, both at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hayden Cemetery in Tetonia. Services are under the care of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
