Allan Gregg Yoshida, age 67, of Rigby, Idaho, passed away August 25, 2024 in Idaho Falls, Idaho surrounded by family.

Allan was born May 27, 1957 a son to Toshito Yoshida and Dorthy Kimiyo Okubo Yoshida. In his adult life he attended College at BYU Provo earning his Bachelors of Science Degree.

He married Stephne Gunderson, December 15, 1990 in the Idaho Falls, Idaho Temple, later they divorced. Allan worked as a Medical Technologist at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He lived in Sacramento, California, Minnesota, Missouri, Fukuoka, Japan Mission, Provo, Utah, Rexburg, Idaho, Taylorsville, Utah, West Valley City, Utah, and Rigby, Idaho.

Allan was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. His hobbies where reading, watching movies, boardgames, baseball, football, spending time with family, music, gardening, and grilling.

Allan is survived by his daughter Amanda (Blake Greenough) Yoshida of Menan, Idaho, son Shawn (Kylie) Yoshida of Riverton, Utah, son Seth (Hannah) Yoshida of Shelley, Idaho, daughter Andrea (Norman Fong) Yoshida of South Jordan, Utah, daughter Aubrey Yoshida of Rigby, Idaho, daughter Alisha Yoshida of Rigby, Idaho, brother Stephen Yoshida of Sacramento, California, brother Gary Yoshida of Richmond, California, brother David (Cheryl) Yoshida of Folsom, California, and grandchildren Adelynn Yoshida, Kaisen Yoshida, Skye Yoshida.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be held Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Eckersell Funeral Home at 11:00 AM. With a visitation prior to the service starting at 9:30 – 10:45 AM. An Interment will follow at the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery.
