Arthur "Art" William Romriell

Arthur William Romriell, 64, passed away on June 13, 2022 surrounded by family.

He was born on October 25, 1957 to Lloyd Delmont Romriell and Mildred Elizabeth Hancock in Pocatello Idaho. He was the youngest of seven children.

Art married the love of his life, Terri Young, on April 22, 1977 and later were sealed together for time and all eternity in the Idaho Falls Temple on July 3, 1981. They had five sons.

Art worked as a laborer in potato processing and cheese processing. Art had a love of camping, fishing, hunting and just being outdoors. He had a deep love for the scouting program and was heavily involved through all the years of his boys in scouting. He guided all his boys to be Eagle Scouts. Art was proud of his boys and supported them in all they would ever do. The one thing that made Art’s chest grow was the love for his grandchildren. You could always see a shining in Art’s eye when he talked about them or got to spend time with them.

He is survived by his wife, Terri, and sons Lloyd (Lorna) Romriell of Paul ID, T.J. (Amy) Romriell of Blackfoot ID, Earl (Alecia) Romriell of Wilford ID, Daniel Romriell of Rigby ID and John Romriell of Rigby Idaho. Art has 10 grandchildren. Art is preceded by his parents, Lloyd and Mildred Romriell, his step mother Lily Romriell, two brothers, four sisters and one granddaughter, Ambria Romriell.

Services for Art will be held on Saturday June 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sundance LDS Building at 602 Sundance, Rigby ID 83442. There will be a viewing prior to the funeral service from 9:30 a.m.-10:45 a.m. Interment will follow the funeral service at the Annis Little Butte Cemetery.
