Olive B. Sessions, age 86 of Victor, passed away in Rigby, at the home of her daughter Wednesday, March 12, 2008.
She was born May 26, 1921 at Layton, Utah, a daughter of Calvin Darius Corbridge and Ethel Isabell Bone Corbridge.
She was raised in Layton and graduated from Davis High School in Kaysville, Utah. She continued her education at LDS Business College in SLC, UT. October 9, 1942, she married Gordon Arthur Sessions in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple.
She was a member of the LDS Church and served with the Young Women’s and Young Men’s organizations, as Organist, a Stake Primary Officer and as Librarian. B. enjoyed crocheting, knitting, quilting, embroidering, gardening, and was an excellent cheerleader for grandkids activities.
She is survived by a daughter, Kay C. (Barry) Boyle of Rigby, and a Daughter-in-law Cherrie Ann Sessions of Riverton, UT, nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gordon, and a son, Ted C. Sessions.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2008 at the Victor 2nd Ward Chapel (87 E. Center St., Victor, Idaho 83455). The family will visit with friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Saturday at the Church. Interment will be in the Victor Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
