Benjamin Ray Aicher

Benjamin Ray Aicher, 31, of Idaho Falls, died Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at his home. He was born December 31, 1980, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Arthur James Aicher and Jean Ryder Aicher. He attended Fairview Elementary, Rocky Mountain Middle School and graduated from Bonneville High School. He was employed by the Developmental Workshop and worked at the INL in Idaho Falls for the last 10 years. Benjamin is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Coltman 2nd Ward. He was kind and enjoyed helping others; he also enjoyed reading, computers, photography and walking the greenbelt. He especially loved his dog Coco. He is survived by his parents, A. James and Jean Aicher, of Idaho Falls, sister Jill Ann Aldrich, a niece, Clare Aldrich and a nephew, Jeremy Aldrich, all of Meridian, and his grandmother, Doris Nield of Iona. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Lloyd & Jeanette Ryder, and Grandfathers Donald Nield and Arthur Aicher. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012, at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, (101 W. Main Street, Rigby) with Bishop Dennis Love conducting. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., Saturday, prior to services at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery, under the care of Eckersell Memorial Chapel.
