Bertha Ann Gohr

Bertha Ann Gohr, 86, of Menan, Idaho, passed away peacefully at her home on July 10, 2026.

Bertha was born on December 20, 1939, in Roberts, Idaho, to Kenneth Forest Wilson and Dorothy Irene (Rush) Wilson. She attended school through the ninth grade.

On October 21, 1955, she married the love of her life, Bob Wesley Gohr. They shared 69½ years of marriage before his passing.

Bertha worked for Idahoan Foods during her working years. Throughout her adult life, she made her home in Menan, Idaho, and Dateland, Arizona, before returning to Menan.

She enjoyed crocheting, putting together puzzles, and traveling. She especially cherished the time she spent with her family.

Bertha is survived by her son, James Gohr of Menan, Idaho; her daughters, Linda Marler of Ammon, Idaho and Karen (Mark) Flick of Bancroft, Idaho; her brother, Forest (MarGean) Wilson of Lewisville, Idaho; her sister, Nancy (Grady) Farris of Yuma, Arizona; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Wesley Gohr; her sons, David Gohr and Robert Gohr; her parents, Kenneth and Dorothy Wilson; her grandparents; and her sisters, Jane, Rose, and Marjorie.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2026, with a visitation from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m., prior to the service at the Menan Town Hall, 659 N 3550 E, Menan, ID 83434.
