Beth J. Gould, age 62 of Menan died Monday, August 05, 2013. She was born August 17, 1950, in Rigby, Idaho to Jesse Youngstrom and Ina Beth Bates Youngstrom. She attended Ricks College for 1 ½ years. She attended and graduated from beauty school in Rexburg, then worked at Connie Beauty Salon in Rigby. She also worked at the Rigby Airport. She married Keith Passey November 1, 1972; they later divorced. She enlisted in the US Army in 1979 and served as a LPN in Korea, Hawaii, Texas, and Indiana. She retired from the Army in 1997 in El Paso, Texas. On March 26, 1988, she married Robert Charles Kania in Crofton, Kentucky; their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls, LDS Temple April 17, 1996. He preceded her in death. On October 6, 1998, she married LeRoy Carl Gould in Menan, Idaho; they lived in Thornton, Colorado for 14 years, he preceded her in death, she then returned to Menan, to the home where she was raised. Beth is a member of the L.D.S Church and served a full-time mission in Arkansas. She enjoyed horses, fishing, camping and sewing. She is survived by her sisters, Jan Carpenter, and Ina Thomson, of Annis, and brother, Dana (Kathy) Youngstrom, of Menan. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, and a sister, Inez Youngstrom. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 8, 2013 at the Menan 2nd Ward LDS Chapel; 3547 E. Menan Lorenzo-Lorenzo Hwy, Menan. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services, at the church. Burial will be in the Annis Little Butte Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
