Betty Jean Johnson

JOHNSON, Betty Jean Vaughn 72, has peacefully returned to her Father in Heaven. She died at home in Penngrove, Ca on Feb. 22, 2006. Betty was born on Jan. 18, 1934 in Glenwood, AL. She married William J. Johnson on Apr. 16, 1953 in Idaho Falls, ID in the LDS temple. Betty enjoyed life and family. She was loved by all and served faithfully in the LDS church. She brought much joy to others through flowers, music and the written word. Betty is survived by her loving husband, Bill, 7 children, Karen Pidwerbecki, Debbie Styles, Brenda Reynolds, Steven Johnson, Cheryl Thomas, Keith Johnson and Marilyn Randall, 3 Foster sons through the LDS Indian Placement program, Gary Joe Murphy, Daniel Murphy and Dennis Murphy, her brother, Kenneth Vaughn, and 34 grandchildren. Friends and Family are invited to attend funeral services Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 11AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 745 N. Webster St., Petaluma. Visitation will be held Friday, March 3, 2006 from 4PM until 8PM at the ADOBE CREEK FUNERAL HOME, 331 Lakeville St., Petaluma. Interment will be in Grant Central Cemetery,Grant, Idaho.
