Beverly Cook, 79, of Ucon, died March 17, 2011, at her home.
She was born April 12, 1931, in Rigby to William Royal Glenn and Martha Maggie Neville Glenn. She was raised and attended schools in California where she lived until she was 16, she then moved back to Rigby and attended Rigby High School. On April 12, 1946 she married Robert Wardle, they later divorced. On December 22, 1960 she married Eddy Cook in Blackfoot.
Beverly was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; she served on the Ucon City Council for 10 years. She enjoyed arts and crafts, cake decorating, and oil painting.
She is survived by her husband, Eddy Cook, of Ucon, sons, Kelly Cook, of Ucon, Robert (Jackie) Wardle, of Phoenix, Arizona, Greg (Sheri) Wardle, of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, a sister, Kay Briggs, of Rigby, 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Dean Glenn.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby, the family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., prior to services at the Funeral Home.
