Brenda Hobley; 53 of Boise, Idaho, formerly of Rexburg, Idaho, died Tuesday, February 18,
2003 in Boise, Idaho.
Brenda was born July 11, 1949 in Rigby, Idaho the daughter of Jay R. Hobley and Grace Green
Hobley. She was raised in Mud Lake attending schools there and graduating from West
Jefferson High School. She attended Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho and the L.D.S. Business
College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Brenda was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-
day Saints. She served as a Sunday school teacher and pianist for the Maple Hill Ward in Boise.
Brenda lived and worked in Houston, Texas for 20 years. She later moved to Boise, Idaho where
she worked as an accountant for Albertson’s and U.S. Bank. Brenda enjoyed crafts, reading and
playing the piano.

Brenda was preceded in death by her mother.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 21, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lyman LDS Ward
Chapel. The family will meet with friends at Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby, Idaho from
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 20, 2003 and on Friday, February 21, 2003 at the
Lyman LDS Ward Chapel from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Grant Central
Cemetery.
