Bruce Elmer Welchman

Bruce Elmer Welchman, 75, of Monteview, passed away at his home Sunday, July 9, 2018.

Bruce was born June 21, 1943 in Idaho Falls, Idaho a son to Elmer George Welchman and Eva Bruce Welchman. He attended schools in Terreton graduating from West Jefferson High School.  Following high school, he served in the United States Army from 1965 until 1971 and was stationed in Germany.  He returned from the Army and purchased a Dairy Farm in Monteview where he raised cattle and hay.

Bruce enjoyed kids, animals, reading, history and politics.

He is survived by three sisters: Barbara McCrary of Idaho Falls, Beth Anderson of Rigby, Viola Becker of Bloomington, Indiana, a brother Ronald W. Welchman of Rexburg and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer G. and Eva B. Welchman.
