Carol Ann Jardine

Carol Ann Jardine, 61, of Idaho Falls, died Wednesday, October 12, 2011, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. She was born March 13, 1950, in Twin Falls, Idaho to Robert Lee Mitchell and Dorothy Marian Cody Mitchell. She was raised and attended schools in Blackfoot, graduating from Blackfoot High School. She continued her education at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho. On August 8, 1969, she married Lenord LaRoy Jardine in the Idaho Falls, LDS Temple. They later divorced. She drove school bus in Jefferson County for 2 years. Carol Ann was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed music, and played the piano and sang in ward choirs. She also enjoyed family activities. She is survived by her sons, Royce Lee Jardine, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Lance (Pauli) Jardine, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, brothers, LeRoy (Sally) Mitchell, of Rigby, Idaho, Tracy (Launa) Walquist, of Blackfoot, Idaho and 5 grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 15, 2011, at Hillcrest Cemetery in Shelly, Idaho with Bishop Lee Radford conducting. Services are under the care of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
