Cecilia M. Clark

Cecilia Marie Clark; 81 of Ririe, Idaho died Monday, October 21, 2002 in Bountiful, Utah. Cecilia was born December 7, 1920 at Rugby, North Dakota the daughter of Joseph and Annie Kirchofner. She attended schools in Rugby, North Dakota. Cecilia lived in Denver, Colorado for a time working as a waitress. She later visited and then moved to Swan Valley where she met Jay Keith Clark, they were married in Swan Valley, Idaho. She farmed with her husband Jay Keith Clark in the Ririe area. He passed away in 1959. For a time she worked for the Gold Strike Stamp Store. Cecilia attended the Senior Citizens in Ririe. She was also a member of the Jefferson County Cutter Association. Cecilia was a member of the Roman Catholic Christ the King Church. She is survived by her daughter Pamela (Russell) Johnson of Centerview, Utah, and 2 sisters Josephine Geisinger of Devils Lake, North Dakota, and Betty (Arnold) Kraft of Karlsrue, North Dakota. 3 Brothers Walter Alma) Kirchofner of Bismark, North Dakota; John (Bernice) Kirchofner of Rugby, North Dakota; and Roy (Loretta) Kirchofner of Rugby, North Dakota, and 2 Grandchildren, Danyell Burrups and Brandon Byington. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jay Keith Clark, two brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 24, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. in the Eckersell Memorial Chapel (101 W. Main) Rigby, Idaho. The family will meet with friends at Eckersell Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, October 23, 2002 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Thursday, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery in Ririe, Idaho
