Chadwick Horace Wasylow, 49 of Rigby, ID started his heavenly ride on February 16, 2024.

Chad was born February 18, 1974 in Grand Forks, ND to Jim & Lila Wasylow.  As a young child their family moved to Arco, ID.  Chad always said he was birthed in North Dakota, but was born in Idaho.

Chad loved horses and roping.  Sun up to sun down he wanted to rope.  Whether flying out of the heading box at a team roping or throwing a fancy loop.  Chad had a unique gait but he didn't let that slow him down.  He always loved to be horseback because he felt whole.

Chad married Shayly Remsburg in 2004 and later divorced.  They were blessed with two boys Cutter & Jasper Wasylow.  His boys were his proudest accomplishment.  Chad worked for the Idaho National Laboratory for 25+ years.

In 2023 Chad married his soulmate Nicole and together they blended their families.  While their time together was short their love is everlasting.

Chad is survived by his wife, Nicole Wasylow of Rigby, ID, Children, Cutter and Jasper Wasylow of Rigby, ID, Macy Rumsey of St. Anthony, ID, Austin & Carter Rumsey of Rigby,ID, his parents, Jim & Lila Wasylow of Arco, ID, his brother Scott Wasylow of Moore, ID and nieces Aspyn & Austyn Wasylow of Moore, ID.  He is preceded in death by his biological and adopted grandparents, his favorite horses Ben & Sizzle, and loyal dog Jubal.

The family would like to thank all of the Doctors, nurses and staff at EIRMC for their amazing care and support.

Services will be held Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 12 noon at Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby, ID.  Visitation Tuesday, February 20th from 10am to 11:45am, services to follow at Eckersell Memorial Chapel. Condolences may be  sent to the family online  at www.eckersellfuneralhome.com.
