Clea Tolley Moss, age 93, of Payson, Utah, passed away in Payson, Utah, Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Clea was born January 11, 1922, in Rigby, Idaho a daughter to Ernest Theodore Tolley and Vera June Chandler Tolley. She married Mark Leroy Mattson, June 20, 1945 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Clea worked hard all her life. She loved gardening. Many mornings she would be outside picking raspberries as her children were waking up. She loved to share her harvest with anyone who came by. Clea liked making homemade candy and continued sending it to her children at Christmastime for many years. The church and serving in the church was always important to her. She helped many and was always willing to go the extra mile. After Etsel passed away she went on a mission to Nauvoo with her sister. It was at this time she became famous. She was known as the tap dancer in Nauvoo. At the age of 83 she dressed up in her pioneer costume and did a little tap dancing in the musical program performed by the other missionaries. Clea was happy, optimistic and scattered sunshine wherever she went. She was stalwart in every good way. Her family was her greatest happiness. Her legacy is her example of a life well lived as an example to friends and family. Clea married Alma Etsel Moss, December 6, 1986 in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
