Cloe Ann Beebe, 71, of Rigby, died Thursday, May 6, 2010, at her home. She was born January 13, 1939, in Rigby, to Leo Lavern “Vern” Cordon and Lida Rae Durrant Cordon. She attended schools in Rigby, graduating from Rigby High School. She continued her education at Ricks College, and received her Associates Degree. She worked as a secretary at the site until she started her family. On October 16, 1958, she married Wilson “Lamar” Beebe in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Together they had four children. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in the; Primary, Young Women’s and Relief Society presidencies, she also served in the scouting program. Cloe Ann loved listening to and playing the piano, she spent her life caring for others, she loved children and her grandchildren were most important to her. She is survived by her daughters; Diane Marie (Craig) Walker, of Rigby, Jennifer Janae (John) Taylor, of Pocatello, sons; Corey Lamar (Stephanie) Beebe, Shaun Wilson Beebe, both of Rigby, a sister; Tess Rodriguez, of Rigby, brothers; Blaine Cordon, Marlow (Barbara) Cordon, Vance (Sonny) Cordon, all of Rigby; 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Lamar Beebe, sisters; Lida LaDean Lords, Verna Mae Mueller, brothers; David Scott Cordon, and Raymond Cordon. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 10, 2010, at Garfield 1st Ward LDS Chapel, with Bishop Kent Bradley, Conducting. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Sunday evening at Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby, and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery, under the care of Eckersell Funeral Home in Rigby.
