Colleen Hainsworth

Colleen Hainsworth of Rigby, Idaho, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2024 at her home.

Colleen was born a daughter to her parents Albert and Daisy Maria Goodwin Bell in Blackfoot Idaho where she was raised on a chicken farm. After graduating High School, she went to college and Brigham Young University and Idaho State University and ended up graduating with a Master Degree in History, and a Minor Degree in English.

Colleen was then married to Gary Hainsworth on August 21, 1964 in Blackfoot Idaho. Following her marriage, she taught 9 ^th grade English for her career. Gary and her lived in both Idaho Falls and Rigby.

Colleen was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Rigby Lion’s Club. She enjoyed going to Apple Athletic Club and joining in on their Zumba classes, she also enjoyed theater, going to Bear World, and gardening.

Colleen Hainsworth passed away at home on April 17, 2024. A graveside service is scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Fielding Memorial Cemetery (600 South Yellowstone Highway, Idaho Falls, Idaho) at 1:00 PM.
