Dane Ronald Durrant

Dane Ronald Durrant, 57, of Idaho Falls, Idaho passed away suddenly, Tuesday, February 13, 2018 in Rexburg, Idaho. Dane was born June 8, 1960 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Norlan Park Hulse Durrant and Janise Marie Hickam. He attended elementary school in Ririe, Idaho and graduated from Apple Valley High School.  Dane worked for a time at Fred and Wayne’s Tire in Idaho Falls. He was a welder and was currently working for American Fabrication in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  He loved to do anything outdoors, including hunting, fishing, four wheeling, snowmobiling, skiing and motorcycling. Dane is survived by his children; Sierra Durrant of Idaho Falls, ID, Shianne Durrant of Rigby, Idaho, Trisha Durrant of Rigby, Idaho and Joshua (Ashley) Durrant of Idaho Falls, Idaho. His mother, Janice Durrant of Ririe, Idaho.  Sisters, Kendra (Tim) Price of Roswell, New Mexico and Karen Durrant of Ririe, Idaho.  Brother’s; Dan’l Durrant of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Todd Durrant of Nampa, Idaho and Jay R (Camille) Durrant of Rigby, Idaho.  He also had two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Norlan Park Durrant, his brother, Evan Durrant and his grandparents. A funeral service will be held Monday, February 19, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Ririe LDS Stake Center (14061 North 130 East, Ririe, ID). The family will meet with friends on Monday prior to services at the Stake Center from 9:30 to 10:45 AM.  Interment will be in the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery.  Condolences can be shared with Dane’s family at www.eckersellfuneralhome.com.
