Daniel “Levi” Williams, 25, of Menan, Idaho died Friday, August 20, 2004 in an automobile accident.
Levi was born on June 11, 1979 in Rexburg, Idaho a son of Daniel “Amos” Williams and LaRae Poole Williams. Levi was raised and attended school in the Menan and Rigby area. He graduated from Rigby High School. While in school he played football. Levi was an Eagle Scout and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He worked as an auto body paint preper at Majestic Auto body in Idaho Falls. Levi was an avid golfer and he enjoyed riding long boards and spending time with his cousin Jordan and his grandfather.
Survivors include his parents Amos and LaRae Williams of Menan, Idaho, two brothers Craig Williams of Boise, Idaho and Dylan Williams of Menan, Idaho, grandparents Glen and Shirley Poole of Menan, Idaho, and Ruth Ann Williams of Lewisville, Idaho and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at the Menan L.D.S. Stake Center at 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2004 with Bishop Jerald Raymond officiating. The family will meet with friends on Tuesday, August 24, 2004 at the Eckersell Memorial Chapel from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. and prior to the services at the Stake Center from 9:30 a.m.- 10:45 a.m. Burial will follow the services at the Annis Little Butte Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
