Dayna Mae Jacobs

Dayna Mae Jacobs, age 64, of Menan, passed away Monday, April 01, 2013, at The Gables of Ammon. Dayna was born June 25, 1948 at Rexburg, Idaho a daughter to Joseph Pershing and Lucile Schwendiman Jacobs. She was raised in Menan. She attended the Development workshop in Idaho Falls, Joshua D. Smith Foundation in Idaho Falls, St Leon Opportunity School and the Rigby Opportunity School. She was a member of the Menan LDS 2nd Ward. She enjoyed dolls, organizing, bowling, cleaning and yard work. She also enjoyed being a part of Special Olympics and Dinner and Bowling Club. She is survived by her Mother Lucile Osborn of Idaho Falls, two sisters, Nikki Mobley of Menan and Jetta Lu Jacobs of Idaho Falls. She was preceded in death by her father Joseph Pershing Jacobs and a brother Richlan Pershing Jacobs. Graveside services will be held Friday, April 5, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Annis Little Butte Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby. Interment will follow services at Annis Little Butte Cemetery.
