Dell Henry Hamilton

Dell Henry Hamilton, age 93 of Rigby, died in his home Thursday, October 18, 2007. He was born July 16, 1914, at Hibbard, Idaho a son of Maroni Hamilton and Lillie Keppner Hamilton. He was raised and attended school in the Hibbard area. May 24, 1940, he married Belva Drake in Rigby, Idaho. He worked as a Sheep Shearer, Mason and Farmer. Dell’s favorite pastimes included fishing, camping, and hunting, riding his four-wheeler, spending time with his family and friends and looking for antiques at yard sales. His daily outing was catching up on the news at the local coffee shop. He is survived by his children; Connie Robbins (Jim), Lola Hall, both of Nampa, Dale (Wenette) Hamilton of Rigby, Ray (Sharon) Hamilton, of Shelley, Gary (Peggy) Hamilton of Richfield, Rex (LaRee) Hamilton of Bellevue, Shane Hamilton, Siblings; Ruby McArthur of Preston, UT, Tess Millward of Los Angeles, CA, Fern Yrionda of Boise and Dean Hamilton of Layton, UT, thirty-two grandchildren and thirty-nine great grand children. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, a son, Fred a daughter, Barbara and a grandson, Bobbie. A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 22, 2007 at Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
