Dell Lamar Kite

Dell LaMar Kite; 53, of Lacey, Washington formerly of Rigby, Idaho died Monday, January 16, 2006 at his home of natural causes. Dell was born July 25, 1952 in Idaho Falls, Idaho the son of Gilbert John Kite and Mary Willmore Kite. He attended grade schools and high school in Rigby. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America as a youth and was a member of the LDS Church. He worked for Smith Roofing while in Rigby then moved to Alaska before moving to Seattle, Washington where he worked for Lynch Roofing. He enjoyed rebuilding boats and wood working. Survivors include his mother Mary Kite of Rigby, Idaho. A sister; Marilyn (Ron) Myler of Rigby, Idaho. Two brothers, Gilbert R.L. (Kathy) Kite of Delevan, New York and Garry (Susan) Kite of Shelley, Idaho. His sister-in-law Linda Kite and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother Bob Kite. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 21, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel (101 W. Main, Rigby). The family will meet with friends on Saturday, January 21, 2006 from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery.
