Dennis Harvey Blackett

Dennis Harvey Blackett , age 76 of Rigby Idaho, passed away at his home of natural causes. Wednesday April 28 2021.

Dennis was born May 31, 1944 a son of Harvey & Dorothy Blackett.

He married the love of his life, Bari Lynne Reeder October 13 1960. They have been inseparable for 60 years.

He enjoyed polishing his vehicles, especially his "Vette" He loved to take Ms. Bari places and then brag about how fast he got there.

He worked throughout his life in the trucking industry, driving, then later managing and motivating drivers. Receiving many awards.

He is survived by his wife Bari L Blackett of Rigby, Son Edward Blackett (Donna) Daughter Vickie Trane (Tracy) and four grandchildren. Eric (Jessica) Blackett Kyle (Melissa) Blackett Lauren (Jeffrey) McCray and Dillon Trane.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Shirlee Rae Smith.
