Diana Lynn Bentley 69, of Rigby, Idaho passed away December 16, 2022 at The Gables Assisted Living Center in Shelley, Idaho after a long battle to Parkinson's Disease and dementia.

Diana was born June 10, 1953, in Caliente, Nevada, a daughter of Robert Barnum Bentley and Janice Ella Mathews Bentley.  Diana graduated from Sparks High School in Nevada and then continued her education at Ricks College in Rexburg.  It was there she met and then married Kim Hunting. Together they had five children.  They later divorced.  She then married Tom Myers.  They later divorced.  She worked as a loan officer at the Westmark Credit Union in Rigby for most of her career.  She has lived in Menan, Rigby and then she moved to Orem, Utah and then came back to Rigby to be with her family.

Diana was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many callings.  She also belonged to the Lions Club in Rigby.  Diana enjoyed crafts, card games, word puzzles, attending the Temple, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Diana is survived by her daughter Jaimie (Tom) Shawcroft of Pocatello, sons, Jason (Natalie) Hunting of Blackfoot, Jody (Mailen) Hunting of Rigby, Jeff (Tammi) Hunting of Rigby, parents Robert and Janice Bentley of Sparks, Nevada, sisters, Julie (Evan) Marchant of Sparks, Nevada, Janet (Ron) Evans of Newbury Park, California, Brothers, Robert (Kathy) Bentley of Parker, Colorado, Rod  (Mary Ellen) Bentley of Lancaster, California, Don (Ronda) Bentley of Highland, Utah, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Diana was preceded in death by her son Curtis Hunting.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2022 at the Rigby South Stake Center with President Mark Bellows conducting.  The family will visit with friends prior to the service from 11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. at the church.  Burial will follow the service at the Annis Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
