DONNA M. CASPER age 98, of Lewisville, died in the Rexburg Care Center, Saturday, October 9, 2004. Donna was born July 19, 1906, at Grant, Idaho, the daughter of Jesse Gingell Miller and Sarah Hannah Field Miller. Donna attended grade school in Grant, Idaho. She graduated from Midway High School, and attended Ricks Academy in Rexburg, Idaho. On December 8, 1927 she married Charles W. Casper in the Salt Lake City L.D.S. Temple. Charles died October 27, 1992. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints. She served in many capacities in all of the auxiliaries. Donna loved music, played the piano, and sang with various musical groups. She enjoyed and wrote poetry. She always enjoyed serving others, and being a good neighbor. Survived by one daughter Ranae (Glen) Merrill of Annis, and one son Darwin (Sharon) Casper of Lewisville, Idaho. She is survived by 11 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and 22 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lewisville 1st Ward L.D.S. Chapel with Bp. Kliff Bramwell officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby, and Wednesday (10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at the church in Lewisville. Burial will be in the Lewisville Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
