Donna Rosezelle Voyles, age 75, of Idaho Falls, Idaho died Thursday, October 09, 2003.
Donna was born at the Nebeker homestead on November 4, 1927 in Clark, Idaho to Alvin Edwin Nebeker and Rebecca Beebe Rosezelle Runolfson Nebeker. She attended school in Annis and Rigby graduating from Rigby High School. She worked at the Dill Pickle Inn during high school. Donna was in the women’s auxiliary of the American Legion where she served as President and as First Lady for the State of Idaho. She worked at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Idaho Falls during World War II where she received her LPN and met and married Bernard Percy Voyles in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She then worked in the Long Beach Hospital in California receiving her LVN. She also worked at the Lost River Hospital in Arco and at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Pocatello, for a combined work history of over 30 years. While in California she handled the books at the Shell gas station and upon returning to Idaho she handled the books for the Copper Penny Bar in Pocatello. She was a member of the L.D.S. Church and the American Icelandic Organization in Spanish Fork, Utah. She was the Senior Princess of the Icelandic on the Etlefur Island, Iceland. Donna loved gardening, animals, raising flowers, nursing and took advantage of what life had to offer her to the fullest extent.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one sister, Shirley Valgarta Nebeker
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2003 at the Rigby 11th Ward Chapel at 11:00 a.m. The family will meet with friends on Saturday prior the services at the church from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Burial will follow the services at the Annis Little Butte Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Funeral Home in Rigby.
