Dwight Emery Gohr, 40, of Rigby, Idaho died, Saturday, May 21, 2005 near Palisades, Idaho from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Dwight, was born, June 1, 1964 in Idaho Falls, Idaho the son of Jack Howard Gohr and Connie Mae Fowler Gohr. He attended schools in Menan, Roberts and Rigby, Idaho graduating from Rigby High School in 1982. He also attended a year at Colorado North Western Community College in Craig, Colorado. Dwight married Jennifer Webb on January 14, 1995 in Harrisville, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. As a member of the LDS Church, Dwight served as an instructor in the Elders Quorum, served in the Nursery, taught the eleven year olds in Primary and was active in scouting and served as a Scout Master. Dwight was currently employed at Brigham Young University Idaho working in maintenance. He had worked at Idaho Steel for ten years and at Eastern Idaho Technical College in maintenance. He had been a member of the Idaho Falls Bowling League. Dwight enjoyed baseball, motorcycles and especially loved his kids. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Gohr of Rigby, Idaho. His children, Angelica Kate Gohr of Rigby, Andrew Jacob Gohr of Rigby and Kyle Emery Gohr of Roseburg, Oregon. His parents, Jack and Joyce Gohr of Ucon, Idaho and Connie Campbell of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Four sisters, Carol (Dale) Rawlins of Menan, Idaho, Connie Sue (Del Ray) Page of Rigby, Idaho, Carla (Delane) Anderson of Chubbuck, Idaho and Debra (Robert) Wood of Victor, Idaho. Three brothers, Clayton (Donna) Gohr of Rangley, Colorado, Dan Gohr of Rexburg, Idaho and Doug (Katrina) Gohr of Boise, Idaho and is currently serving in Iraq. Grandmother, Minnie Fowler of Idaho Falls, Idaho. He was preceded in death by four grandparents. Services will be held Thursday, May 26, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. in the LaBelle LDS 3rd Ward Chapel with Bishop Bruce Karen officiating. The family will meet with friends on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the Eckersell Memorial Chapel (101 West Main, Rigby) and on Thursday, May 26, 2005 in the LaBelle 3rd Ward Chapel (364 North 4100 East, Rigby) from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Annis Little Butte Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Funeral Home.
