Eddie William Fyfe, 70, of Rigby, passed away at his home April 30, 2024, surrounded by his family.
Eddie was born February 21, 1954, in Rigby, Idaho, a son of Gerald Fyfe and Blanche May Cordan Fyfe. He was raised and attended school in Rigby graduating from Rigby High School. He married Sondra Dee Page on July 12, 1985 in Paul, Idaho. They made their home in Rigby.
Eddie was a long-haul truck driver and Truck Forman for Webster Potato for 21 years. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with family, snowmachining, and game nights.
Eddie is survived by his wife Sondra Fyfe of Rigby, daughters, Cortney Fyfe of Ammon, Megan Fyfe of Rigby, Codi Fyfe of Rigby, son, Jeremy (Jade) Fyfe of Shelley, Mother-in-law Verdene Page, Brother, Jerry Lee Fyfe of Island Park and grandchildren, Isabella Robinson, Axel Quigley, Adalyn Fyfe, Aiden Fyfe, Lee Pabst, Emmett Pabst, and Nixon Fyfe.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Blanche Fyfe, daughter, Ashley Danielle Fyfe, Brother, Jimmy Fyfe, Nephew, Michael Fyfe, Father-in-law, Kyle Page, and Brother-in-law, Blake Page.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the LaBelle 3rd Ward Chapel (4223 E. 528 N. Rigby,) with Bishop Eric Sievers conducting. The family will visit with friends on Friday evening May 3, 2024 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the Eckersell Funeral Home (101 W. Main Street Rigby) and prior to the service on Saturday from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Funeral Home.
