Edna Leolin Lafountain

Edna Leolin LaFountain; 82, of Rigby, Idaho died Saturday, October 11, 2003 in Rigby, Idaho. Edna was born October 12, 1921 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, the daughter of Philias Leger and Edna Anna Bourgois Leger. She attended schools in Fitchburg, Massachusetts and was a member of the Catholic Church. She married Lester Francis LaFountain on February 14, 1941 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. She enjoyed her family, gardening, reading and working with her dogs. She is survived by two sons; Ronald H. (Peggy) LaFountain of Castro Valley, California and Dennis L. (Karen) LaFountain of Rigby, Idaho and one sister Evelyn Cheries of Fitzburg, Massachusetts. Ten grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband, her parents, a brother Henry and two sisters; Ella and Rita. Services will be held Tuesday, October 14, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. in the Eckersell Memorial Chapel (101 West Main, Rigby). The family will meet with friends at Eckersell Memorial Chapel from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday with Lee Jephson officiating.
