Francisco Rosales-Zepeda

May 15, 1926 — October 8, 2024

Our dear father, grandpa, great grandpa, and triple great grandpa, Francisco, peacefully passed away and joined the Lord on October 8th, 2024. He was born on May 15th, 1926, in Penjamo, Guanajuato, Mexico. Francisco met and married his late wife, Amparo Vazquez Garcia, and they were blessed with 10 children. After Amparo's passing on October 8th, 1977, Francisco became a widower and dedicated himself to raising their children. He worked hard as a farmer, taking care of the land to provide for his family.

In 2001 his children made the decision to migrate Francisco to the United States, to be supported and reunited with his family. Francisco found joy in simple things. He loved eating handmade tortillas with refried beans. Taking care of plants and keeping his lawn neat brought him great satisfaction. Although he had many children and grandchildren, Francisco preferred the company of a small group and didn't enjoy large crowds. He cherished listening to his son Raul sing karaoke and enjoyed music.

Even though Francisco didn't speak much, on his last Friday, he gathered with some of his children and gave them his blessings. He wanted them to know that he thought about them every day and prayed for the Lord's blessings and guidance for their lives. Above all, he wanted his children to understand that he loved each one of them.

Francisco is survived by his children Jose Rosales, Raul Rosales, Trinidad Rosales, Juan Rosales, Isidro Rosales, Francisco Rosales, Jesus Rosales, Guadalupe Rosales, 35 grandchildren, and many great and great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Amparo Vazquez and sons Filimon Rosales & Lupe Rosales.

Papa Pancho, you will be greatly missed!
