Gail Darlene Linger

Gail Darlene Linger, 59 of Terreton, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born January 31, 1953, in Rigby to Carl Edward Linger and Audrey Louise Smith Linger. She attended West Jefferson schools, and graduated from West Jefferson High School in 1971. Gail worked as a baker for Smith’s Food King and for Buttery’s in Idaho Falls. She enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, reading and spending quality time with her family. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. The family extends a special thank you to Rae from Qualicare and Hospice of Eastern Idaho. She is survived by her son, Carl Richard Moore, of Terreton, sisters, Evelyn Linger, of Terreton, Karen (Tom) Robbins of Idaho Falls, brothers, Ed Linger, of California, Reed Linger, of Boise, Dwight (Donna) Linger of Firth, Frank Linger of Idaho Falls, Jay (Diane) Linger, of Roberts, Floyd (Debbie) Linger of Salmon, Matt (Nyla) Linger of Terreton, Robert (Sheila) Linger of Terreton, Richard (Vickie) Linger of Idaho Falls, Mark Linger of Idaho Falls and 2 grandsons, Lance Jacob Moore, and Mathew Dean Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Jerry Lee Moore. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at the Community Church of Mud Lake. The family will receive friends and family for one hour prior to services at the church.
