We extend our gratitude to the many friends and family who have taken over when we couldn’t do it. Many special thanks to Dr. Gilbert and her staff, and to the nurses in the infusion room at Huntsman Cancer Center in Salt Lake City who did so much to help and encourage us in a very desperate situation. Many thanks to Dr. Todd and his staff at the Eastern Idaho medical Center Radiology and Oncology who cared so much and changed their schedules to care for Gary.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Kenneth.
