Geraldine "Gerie" Mills Thomas

In loving memory of Geraldine A. Mills Thomas, 83 of Rigby Idaho. Passed away peacefully on July 21, 2022.

Gerie was born April 20, 1939, in Salt Lake City Utah. Born to Clayton Charles Mills, and Wallace Geraldine Clark. She was raised in the Salt Lake Valley with her three sisters, Karen, Tamara, and Verlyn.

Mom loved to craft, spend time with family, and decorate for all holidays, with Christmas being her favorite. Many years were spent decorating her Christmas village with her grandkids.

Survivors include: Gerie (Bruce) Bettridge, William LaBronte, Tamara (Chuck) Boomgaarden, Chadd (Theresa) Stauffer, Timothy (Stacy) Stauffer. Sister Verlyn (Rudy) Ekins. Brother-in-law Paul Meyers,  Best friend Maryann Boomgaarden, 14 grandkids,  21 great grandkids, and 4 great-great grandkids.

Preceded in death by her parents, daughter Karie Ann Maez, sister Karen Lee (Heber) Vlam, Tamara Jean Meyers, son-in-law James A. Black, and her beloved dog Itsabell Thomas.

Graveside Service Monday, July 25, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. Will be held at Rigby Pioneer Cemetery, 4023 Ririe Hwy, Rigby, Idaho.
