Isidro Echeverria Zavala

Isidro Echeverria Zavala, 84, peacefully passed away surrounded by loved ones at his home in Idaho Falls, February 6, 2024.

He was born October 16, 1939 in Mexico to Vicente Echeverria and Bartola Zavala.

During his life, Isidro lived in Mexico, California, Menan and settled down in Idaho Falls.

Isidro married Cristina Serrato, she later passed on January 22, 1983. He married Maria Socorro Castro May 28, 2004 in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Isidro was a faithful member of the Catholic Church, attending at San Antonio Catholic Church in Roberts, Idaho.

He loved drinking, listening to music, watching baseball and working.

He is preceded in death by his first wife, Cristina, and his parents.

Isidro is survived by his wife Maria; children Carmen, Juana, Cristina, Rosa, Jose Luis, Samuel, Isaias, Marco Antonio, Isidro, and Miguel Angel; 34 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service for Isidro will be held Friday, February 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at San Antonio Catholic Church (659 N 2872 E Roberts ID 83444). The family will visit with friends Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel (101 W Main St Rigby ID 83442). Interment will follow the funeral service at the Annis Little Butte Cemetery.
