Jack Allen Clark

Jack Allen Clark, 64, of Independence, Idaho passed away January 31, 2013, at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. Jack was born February 13, 1948, in Rexburg, Idaho a son of John Allen Clark and Eva Erica Eschler Clark. Jack was raised in Independence, Idaho and attended school at Madison Jr. High and graduated from Sugar Salem High School. He continued his education at Ricks College. Jack married Pam Shannon in 1978, they had one son. They were later divorced. He was with Jodi Sallee and they had one daughter. He married M. Anita Koon on October 4, 1988, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Jack worked for Boeing in Seattle, Washington, and as a car salesman in Sunnyvale, California. Jack moved to Boise where he worked construction and then he moved to Pocatello and continued working in construction. He moved back to Independence and started farming. He painted houses in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for Don Chapple. Jack loved fishing, hunting and all sports in general. The two most important things in his life were his family and his friends. Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Eva Clark, Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Robert and Robinette Koon and daughter Robin Rydalch. Jack is survived by his loving wife Anita Koon of Independence, Idaho, sister Jill (Karl) Kunich of Hollister, California, daughters Sara Sallee (Mario Salvarajan) of Toronto Ontario, Canada, Kristi (Daniel) Schwab of Afton, Wyoming, sons Jesse Clark of Boise, Lance (Pia) Rydalch of Rexburg, Idaho, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 4, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby. The family will visit with friends on Sunday evening February 3, 2013, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. and prior to the funeral on Monday from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m. both at the funeral home.
