Janet E. Romriell

Janet E. Romriell, 71 of Rigby, died Thursday, September 18, 2014 at her home. She was born July 21, 1943 in Pocatello to Lloyd Delmont Romriell and Mildred Elizabeth Hancock Romriell. She was raised and attended schools in Pocatello. Janet was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She worked for Deseret Industries for 22 years. She enjoyed going to Journeys, participating in Handicap Scouts; especially floating the river at Salmon River High Adventure Camp. She also enjoyed competing in the Special Olympics and crocheting. She is survived by her sister, Denee Barnes, of Rexburg, brothers, Walter (Linda) Romriell, of Menan, Arthur (Terri) Romriell, of Rigby, 15 nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Elizabeth Saxton, Aileen Shears and brother, Kenneth Romriell. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 27, 2014 at the Rigby 12th Ward LDS Chapel, 602 Sundance, Rigby. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Mountain View Cemetery in Pocatello.
