He was born September 4, 1975 in Rexburg, Idaho to James D Jorgensen and Linda Goody Jorgensen and was raised in Ririe, Idaho. Jasen graduated from Ririe High School and attended Idaho State University. On August 10, 1995, he married the love of his life, Kristy Rae Olsen, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. Jasen achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, and as an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he served as a faithful home teacher as well as a counselor in the Sunday School and Elder’s Quorum presidencies, and he was currently serving as Young Men’s President. He loved his calling and adored the youth of his ward. He was a member of the Trap and Skeet Shooting Club of Missoula. He enjoyed camping with his family who referred to him as “The Camp Chef.” Fishing, snowmobiling, prairie dogging, hunting and riding motorbikes with his son, and making waffles every Saturday morning with his girls were activities that he cherished. He truly loved his wife and children; they were his everything, and he made the most of each moment he had with them.
