Jedediah Cain Trussel

Jedediah Cain Trussel, 33 of Rigby died Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. He was born November 8, 1980 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Rodney Laurence Trussel and Joyce Marie Chapman Trussel. He was raised and attended schools in Bayard, Nebraska. On August 8, 2012 he married Joanna Laree Sievers in Torrington, Wyoming. Jed was fellowshipped and loved by Brother and Sister Davis of Springville, Utah while they served a mission in Torrington, Wyoming. He was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on September 14, 2012; and was sealed to his wife, his daughter Rhiannon and son Jase on Sept 14, 2013 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Jed was a trapper, fisherman, musician and wrestler. He was a gentle and kind husband, father, son and brother, willing to help anyone in need. He is survived by his wife, Joanna Laree Sievers Trussel, daughter, Rhiannon Rain Trussel and son, Jase Marden Trussel, all of Rigby, parents Rodney Laurence Trussel and Joyce Marie Chapman Trussel, brother, Zechariah “Zac” Joel Trussel, all of Bayard, Nebraska, mother and father-in-law, J Marden Sievers and Myrna Sievers of Rigby. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harvey Laurence Trussel and Helen Louise Hoagland Trussel and James Wayne Chapman and Esther Leona Snyder. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the Rigby East Stake Center, with Bishop Lee Gardner of LaBelle 2nd Ward, conducting. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m., prior to services. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery.
