Jeffrey Dean Carter

Jeffrey Dean Carter arrived December 24, 1980 two months premature. January 20th 2007. He was killed in a car accident. He was a well loved individual and all of his family and friend’s feel that he left this world the same way he arrived: much to early. He is survived by his daughter Isabelle Noelle Carter, his parents Roy and Carol Carter brother Daniel Carter (wife Ashley Carter) and his grandmother Grace Lopez. He had numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He graduated from Rigby High School 1999 and attended one year of college at the University of Idaho. He was married to Jill St Clair on February 3rd, 2001. The light of his life Isabelle Noelle Carter was born October 24, 2003. When Isabelle was born Jeff declared that he had discovered a whole new level of love; She was the light of his life and he devoted his energy to providing and caring for his daughter. He was the happiest when he had his little princess at his side. Being a father was his crowning achievement and his greatest joy. Jeffrey and his friend Nick Kravitza licensed C.K Drywall in October of 2006. He was trained in the construction business by his father, his grandfather and his uncles. When he was a small boy he preferred a hammer and nails to trucks and cars. He enjoyed playing with his father tool’s when he was young and he grew into a hard working man who whistled while he worked. Jeff’s faith was the foundation upon which he built his life. His motto “It’s all good” was based on his belief that his life was in the hands of God. He was an easy going guy who found it easy to make friends, most of which became his life-long companions. He was our golf partner, our fishing buddy and our hunting guide. He was the strong back that we called when we needed help with heavy lifting. He was the soft shoulder that we called when we were sad, and he was the smiling face we wanted at our parties. He was a blessing to all of us who knew him, and he will be deeply missed. Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 24, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Johns Lutheran Church, 290 7th Street, Idaho Falls with Minister David Schilling officiating. The family will visit with friends at the church Tuesday January 23, 2007 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
