Jill Sharp

Judith Jill Sharp, 74, of Rigby, returned to her Heavenly Father March 25, 2020 at the home of her daughter in Syracuse, UT.

She was born April 11, 1945 in Portland, OR and spent most of her life living in different areas of Idaho including Raft River, Archer, Idaho Falls, and the Rigby area.

Jill was married August 22, 1975 to Reece Charles Sharp. They were sealed for all eternity on February 14, 2015 in the Idaho Falls Temple. Together, they loved going on long drives and discovering new places to eat and revisiting their favorites. She enjoyed cooking, bowling, reading, history, and spending time with loved ones over a tasty bite to eat. Her joy of cooking fed into her career as a cook.

Jill is survived by her daughters Amanda Elizabeth (Lonnie) Weston of Syracuse, UT and Joy Lyn (Larry) Weeks of Grace, ID; siblings Elwood (Shirley) Arnell of Murfreesboro, TN, Elden (Karen) Arnell of Rigby, ID, Mark (Jennifer) Arnell of Ucon, ID, and Barbara Thomson of Idaho Falls, ID; 15 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Reece Sharp, parents Barbara and Elden Arnell, brother John Edward, and three daughters Helenna (Helen) Lilian, Lynda Lea, Robin Lee and a son, Bradley Reece Sharp.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby, ID. Services are under the care of Eckersell Funeral Home in Rigby.
