Jim C. Stibal

Jimmy Carroll Stibal, 71 of Roberts, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016. Jim was born August 14, 1944, in Idaho Falls, Idaho to William Arvil Stibal and Florence Elva Jenkins Stibal. He was raised and attended schools in Roberts. On February 15, 1963, he married Connie R. Smith in Idaho Falls, Idaho, they were blessed with 2 children. Jim owned and operated Stibal & Sons Hay Hauling. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting. He was an awesome dad and loved his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Connie R. Stibal, of Roberts, Idaho daughter, Kathleen Elva Stibal of Bloomington, Idaho, son, James Troy Stibal, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, sisters, Evelyn Stibal Gisen, of Blackfoot, Idaho, Marlene Stibal Reid, of Firth, Idaho, 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Bill and Bob, and a grandson, Evan Caroll Berrett. A celebration of Jim’s life will be held Friday, April 29, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 West Main Street, Rigby.
