John Lawrence Radin, 59, of Menan, died Thursday, April 28, 2011 at his home.
He was born October 8, 1951, in Los Angeles California to Harold Everett Radin and Nellis Ann Watson Radin. He was raised and attended schools in Los Angeles, graduating from Harvard Military School in Los Angeles. He continued his education at University of California at Berkeley and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Geography; he then attended and graduated from Hastings School of Law in San Francisco.
John practiced law in Rigby and Idaho Falls for over 30 years. He was active in the Quarter Horse Industry, raising and racing quarter horses throughout the Intermountain West and California. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and he loved his children.
He is survived by his children, Cierra Dawn Radin and Ethan James Radin, of Ririe; sister, Ginger (John) Radin-Schneider, of Woodland, California; and a brother, Michael Dan (Jacqueline) Radin, of Davis, California.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, May 2, 2011, at Annis Little-Butte Cemetery, under the care of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 W. Main Street, Rigby, prior to services at the cemetery.
