John “Patrick” Wells, 29, of Rigby, Idaho died Monday, July 11, 2005 in Idaho Falls of injuries received from a motorcycle accident.
Patrick was born May 10, 1976 in Idaho Falls, Idaho the son of John William Wells and Nadine Simpson Wells. He attended schools in Roberts, Rigby and West Jefferson High School. He was a member of the Rigby High School F.F.A, involved in 4-H and played basketball on the West Jefferson Basketball Team.
He worked for Roberts Elevator, Crystal Auto Glass and most recently at Wheeler Concrete. He also started and chaired the Rigby A.A. group at the Rigby Senior Citizens Center.
He enjoyed fishing, farming, working with animals, working on cars, working concrete, biking, camping, dutch oven cooking and spending time with his children.
He is survived by his wife, Johanna Hulse of Rigby, Idaho. Daughters, Jasmine Nicole Wells and Makyhia Elizabeth Wells of Rigby. Mother, Nadine S. Wells of Idaho Falls, Idaho and father, John W. Wells of Roberts. Sisters, Kimberly (Core) Poole of Menan and Rebecca (Russell) Grow of Idaho Falls. Brothers, Dustin Wells, Kade Wells, Scott Wells, Wyatt Wells Stephen Wells and half-brother Mike Davis all of Idaho Falls. Grandparents, Robert and Vida Simpson of Shelley. Mother and father-in-law, Kevin and Debbie Hulse of Rigby. Sister-in-laws, Stephanie (Ryan) Harris of Rigby and Angela (Will) Wilson of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marden an Dorothy Wells.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 15, 2005 in the Roberts LDS Ward Chapel (121 North 3, Robert, Idaho) at 11:00 a.m. The family will meet with friends on Thursday, July 14, 2005 at Eckersell Memorial Chapel (101 West Main, Rigby) from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. They will also meet on Friday, July 15, 2005 at the Roberts LDS Ward Chapel from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Annis Little Butte Cemetery in Annis, Idaho.
