Jonas Mccall Karlinsey

Jonas McCall Karlinsey died on August 26,2025, at his home in Tooele, Utah.

He was born on March 31,1987 in Spokane, Washington to Myron and Lee Karlinsey. He grew up in Roberts, Idaho and spent much of his childhood learning the painting business which later became his profession. He graduated from Rigby High School in 2005 and went on to Idaho-State University where he earned a degree in web design.

On August 18, 2007, he married Kimberly Edmonds in the Bountiful Temple. They had four children that they raised in Idaho, and Utah.

He enjoyed the outdoors and camping, and he spent every holiday cooking barbeque on an outdoor cooker and making hamburgers for everyone.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Micah Karlinsey.

He leaves behind his wife Kimberly and children, Asher, Avery, Zachary and Oliver.

A graveside service will be held at the Roberts Cemetery on Sept. 6, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. Burial will be at the Roberts Cemetery next to his brother, Micah. The burial will be under the direction of Eckersell Funeral Home.
