Joseph Clyde Wilson, 74, of Kingman, Arizona, formerly of Dubois, Idaho passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2013 due to Parkinson’s disease. Joe was born June 4, 1938 in Roberts to Ed and Juanda Wilson. He grew up in and around the Dubois area which was a perfect place to do what he loved the most, hunting and fly fishing. He was a man of many talents. He owned his own trucking company, worked for the Hamer Canal Co., and several potato farmers, including Cornelison Farms, and Larsen Farms near Hamer. Joe loved to roam the mountain ranges near Leadore and on the Idaho –Montana border, and knew it like the back of his hand. Later in his retirement years he enjoyed fishing on Birch Creek and visiting friends around the area, as well as four-wheeling in the hills near Parker Arizona. Throughout his life he was married to; Bertha Marie May, on 9 Mar 1958 in Rupert, Idaho, Pat Ann Warner, in Lone Pine, California, Renee Beck Polson, Apr 1980 in Reno, Nevada, Jeanne Shawver, in Howe, Idaho, and Renee Polson Wilson, in 1989 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Joe is survived by his son Edward J. Wilson (Nicole) and daughter Teresa F. (Jason) Campbell, brothers Charles (Karen) Wilson, John R. (Doddie) Wilson, Step children Vickie (Grant) Siler and Ronald Polson, grandchildren, Samantha Wilson, Andrew Wilson, Trevor Covert, Shadawn Covert, Chelsie Covert, Hunter Campbell, Piper Campbell, Hannah Campbell, Jamie Siler, Holli Diehl, Heather Prusse, Michael Polson, Linda Polson, and six great grandchildren Evan, Brendan, Natalie, Levi, Mazy, and Kyra. Joe was preceded in death by his parents Ed & Juanda Wilson; his first wife Bertha May and children Karmen Sue, Joann, Joseph “Little Joe”, brother & sister-in-law Jim & Mary Wilson, and third wife Renee Polson. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 West Main Street, Rigby, the family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Dubois Cemetery, following the funeral service, and are under the care of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
