Judy Lloy Davidson

Judy Ryder Davidson passed away from complications of Alzheimer’s August 15, 2011 in Twin Falls, Idaho. Judy was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho on April 11, 1941 a daughter of Lloyd and Jeanette Cleveland Ryder. She attended Hawthorne and Eagle Rock Elementary, OE Bell Junior High and Idaho Falls High School. Her family lived in New Sweden from the time Judy was 8 years old. She married Daniel Gray in 1959 and had 3 daughters, Shawna, Angela and Brenda. She lived for a few years in Ohio, she then returned to Idaho Falls. She was later divorced from Daniel. In 1974 she married Marvin Williams and had one son Wayne. She lived in Blackfoot. They later divorced. On June 29, 1991 she married Cam Davidson and moved to Middleton, Idaho until 2009 when she moved to into assisted living in Twin Falls. Cam preceded her in death in 2000. Judy was active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, were she served in many positions. In Her younger years she worked as a cook for the Westbank and other restaurants. She worked as a teaching assistant in School District 93 as well as in Middleton after receiving her associate’s degree from EITC. Judy is survived by daughters, Shawna (Lanny) Denton of Twin Falls, Idaho, Angela Baker of Lenox, Iowa, Benda Will of Huachuca City, Arizona, Son, Wayne Williams of Oregon, Sisters, Gail Bolton of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Jean (Jim) Aicher of Idaho Falls, 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Judy is preceded in death by her parents, husband Cam, Brother Blake and one great granddaughter. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Coltman 2nd Ward L.D.S. Chapel, with Bishop Dennis Love officiating. The family will visit with friends prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
