Katrina Lynn Tedrow

Katrina Lynn Tedrow, 40 of Blackfoot, passed away peacefully in her sleep Friday, September 30, 2016. Katrina was born July 8, 1976 in Idaho Falls Idaho to LaMonte Andersen and Tina Salmon Andersen. She was raised and attended schools in Rigby, then attended Massage School at Bingham Memorial Hospital. Katrina owned her own massage business, Think Therapeutic Touch Massage; she also worked in various salons in the area and for Hospice doing in home care. She was very caring and compassionate, and enjoyed helping others, always putting them before herself. Katrina was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed cooking, drawing, crafts and scrapbooking. She also drove in demolition derbies and loved anything loud and fast. Above all she loved her family and spending time with them. She is survived by her children, Jessica Hope Tedrow, Ariel Lynn Tedrow, and Virgil Ryan Tedrow, all of Blackfoot; parents, LaMonte and Tina Andersen, of Rigby; sister Eileen Harris of Rigby; brother, Denton Andersen of Rigby, and Christopher Andresen of Bow Island, Canada, grandfather, John Douglas and Marjorie Ann Salmon, of Mesa, Arizona, grandson, Brantley Croft, with another on the way. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, and an uncle, Ronald Andersen. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Rigby 8th Ward LDS Chapel, 364 N. 4100 E., Rigby. The family will receive friend from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Monday and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m., prior to services, both at the church. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery.
