Kenneth Dale Herbst, 88 of Rigby, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at his home.Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 6, 2017 at the Foothill, Milo LDS Chapel, 12127 N. 75 E., Idaho Falls. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m., Sunday, at Eckersell Memorial Chapel and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery.
