Klair Bitter Hall, 57, of Idaho Falls passed away on May 23, 2025 at his home after a long, hard battle with cancer.

Klair was born June 1, 1967, in Rexburg, Idaho to Garth Hall and Carmen Bitter Hall. He was their ninth child. Klair grew up in Annis and told countless stories of his happy memories with his family working on the dairy. Klair learned how to work hard, milking cows, and helping his parents on the farm. That work ethic stayed constant to the end of his life. Klair graduated from Rigby High School in 1985. He faithfully served a full-time mission in Phoenix, Arizona.

Klair attended college at Ricks and graduated from Utah State University in Logan, Utah with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture. While attending Utah State, he ran into Deann Brown who he knew from high school. He dated Deann, fell in love, and they were sealed for time and all eternity in the Idaho Falls Temple on November 27, 1992. After graduating college, Klair and Deann moved back to Idaho to be closer to family. They were blessed with four wonderful daughters who each shared a caring individual relationship with him. Klair enjoyed playing sports with his children, softball, golf, and pickleball, to name a few.

Klair always made sure to ask how you and your family were doing. His dedication to serving others cultivated many happy memorable relationships with neighbors, friends, and family, especially his widowed friends. Klair spent countless hours serving in the temple through the course of his life. He worked in the Logan temple while in college, served in the Idaho Falls Temple while his children were young, and the last few years of his life, while he was still able. Klair’s favorite callings in church were serving in the temple and subbing in the nursery. He had many opportunities to serve and made a difference wherever he was.

Klair is survived by his loving wife, Deann Hall of Idaho Falls; his daughters, Deidra Scott (Derek) of Fielding, Utah; Andrea Ellis (Brandon) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Chloey Eberhard (Eli) of Rexburg, Idaho; Sadie Hall of Idaho Falls, Idaho; two grandsons and a granddaughter on the way; his father, Garth Hall; his brothers, Ken (Carol) Hall, Kraig (Julie) Hall, Kirk (Kathy) Hall, Kay (Nancy) Hall; sisters, Kristy (Kevin) Moore, Kathy Carpenter,  Karen (Brik) Poole, and Karla (Alex) Lavin.  Klair was preceded in death by his mother Carmen Bitter Hall, his sister Kolene, and his in-laws Keneth and Gloria Brown.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at the St. Leon Church (6925 N 15th E in Idaho Falls).  Family and friends are invited to attend viewings held on Tuesday, May 27th at the church from 6:00 to 7:30 PM and Wednesday, May 28th from 9:00 to 10:30 AM. The services and the viewings will both be held at the St. Leon Building. Internment will take place immediately following the services at the Annis Little Butte Cemetery.
