Kraig Dee Parkinson

Kraig Dee Parkinson age 70 of Boise, Idaho passed away peacefully at Central Community Hospital of natural causes in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

He was born on February 27th, 1952 in Rexburg, Idaho to Deverge Dee Parkinson and Donna Faye Hill Parkinson. He graduated from Madison High School in 1970. He was raised on the family farm by Green Canyon.

He married the love of his life Sandra Lee Bell on August 26th, 1970 in Rexburg, Idaho. The married was solemnized one year later in the Idaho Fall LDS Temple. Besides working on the farm, he also worked as an accountant and at Diet Center.

He and Sandy resided in Boise for many years. He also lived with his sister Julie in Boise, Idaho. He loved living in Boise the City of Trees.

His hobbies were to collect coins which was passed to him from his dad along with anything that was “Popeye”, antiques, and photography. He always wanted to take a picture. He had a great sense of humor and liked to tease people.  He had a wonderful voice and sang in The Bel Conos.

He was survived by his sister Julie Parkinson and his brother Blair (Kim) Parkinson. He was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Bell Parkinson, his parents Deverge Dee Parkinson and Donna Faye Parkinson.

Graveside services will be held Friday, April 15th, 2022, 11:00 a.m., at Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery; 4600 S Yellowstone Hwy, Idaho Falls, ID 83402.

A celebration of life will be held Friday, April 15th, 2022, 12 noon,  at the Rigby City Park; located in the 200 block of North 1st West in Rigby.
